The Overseas Chinese Charity Foundation of China (OCCFC), All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, AIER Eye Hospital Group and Beijing EasyRaise jointly launched the " Vision Health Poverty Alleviation Action", advocating the social welfare to make an action to help 500,000 poverty group suffering from blinding eye disease by supporting a truly free, accurate, suitable and high-quality eye care services.

According to the sampling survey and  data analysis, about 700,000 people with blinding eye disease  in the current 43,000,000 poverty group, including cataract, diabetic retinopathy, corneal diseases and other eye diseases about half a million people, can be treated  to alleviate symptoms or even to see light again.

As the largest and first IPO listed eye hospital group in China, AIER Eye Hospital Group  owns 180 fully owned subsidiaries. It has served more than 5 million people per year and  about 500,000 surgeries. AIER Eye Hospital Group will spend about 100 million yuan of supporting resources including cash, medicine, equipment, vehicles, professional and technical personnel, etc. The resources will be allocated to the countryside by professional medical teams. 

Beijing Aier Intech Eye Hospital also participate  in and contribute to this public benefit activity. It has provided a free eye screening for staffs of EasyRaise from 13th July to 14th July 2017.  The staffs of EasyRaise appreciated  the clinic of this eye check, and some of them decided to come to the hospital for medical treatment in order to work better in future.
